Appifyo partners with professional services firms, financial institutions, and regulated entities that handle highly sensitive and confidential data. Security, privacy, and regulatory compliance are not afterthoughts, they are the foundation of every digital system we design, build, and operate.

Data Security & Confidentiality

We implement multi layered security controls that protect client data at rest and in transit. All information is encrypted using industry standard protocols, and access is strictly limited based on role, necessity, and client defined policies.

Secure Infrastructure

Our infrastructure runs on cloud environments that maintain top tier physical security, network isolation, and redundancy. We employ continuous vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, and automated patch management to reduce risk.

Employee Training & Access

Every Appifyo team member undergoes mandatory security awareness training and background checks. Access to production systems and client data is granted on a least privilege basis, reviewed quarterly, and revoked immediately upon role change or departure.

Continuous Monitoring & Incident Response

We monitor our systems 24/7 for suspicious activity. In the event of a security incident, our response team follows a documented incident response plan, with immediate client notification in accordance with agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Third Party Audits

Appifyo engages independent third parties to audit our security controls and processes. Audit reports and executive summaries are available to clients under NDA upon request.

Client Data Handling & Retention

Client data is processed strictly according to documented instructions. We never sell, share, or mine client data. Upon termination of a contract, data is securely deleted or returned according to the client’s data retention and exit strategy.
